The rooms with clean bathroom, access around part of the bed, television, really helpful and decent staff at all times. In a super central location with restaurants and bars near the hotel. Also, easy access to a long-standing tower.

Our room with great view was cheap with comfy beds. Handy location on princes street was a plus. Local fast food option Fierce Beer was 5 minutes walk away.

Functional, compact room with a view, everything was great. It took 15 minutes by foot to reach the train station.

I appreciated the hotel's great location right on Princes Street. The staff were helpful, always ready to answer my questions and provide directions.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

Clean room, friendly staff, with good storage under the bed for luggage making it convenient for a short stay, and the location is ideal as it is just a 15-minute walk from the main train station.

Everything was first-rate.

The small double room without a window was perfect for my needs. It meant i had no noise from princes street, a nice surprise. The facility was just a bed and shower, and that's all i required since i spent little time there. Plus, it's right by princes street, made exploring easy.

I really appreciated the easy access to Edinburgh Castle and the lovely St Giles' Cathedral just a short stroll away, making my weekend exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.

Compact room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The clean bathroom had fresh towels provided daily, and the compact room allowed for easy mobility even while getting ready after a night out. It's conveniently located just 1 km from the main train station.

Everything all fine, but small room

Location right on Princes Street is fantastic. The room was very small. Barely enough space to move around. Shower felt cramped. Friendly staff made check-in easy.

I had a nice stay, the bed was super comfy and the shower had great pressure! The staff were really helpful, especially Jacob who provided extra pillows without any fuss. I'd definitely come back again!

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with stunning views right outside the door. While the room is quite small and may not be suitable for two people, it served me well as a solo traveler. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the helpful storage options, including space under the bed for my suitcase. the noise from the trams can be a bit distracting for a light sleeper like me, so earplugs might be necessary.

This place is a commendable fit for a momentary visit in Edinburgh with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff did their best to help me when I needed a fan from the hallway to cool down the room. Just be ready for tightly packed spaces and avoid bringing large luggage.
